We collect: Email and name (for registration), Portfolio data (ISIN codes and amounts), Payment data (handled by Stripe), Navigation data (technical cookies).
3. Purpose of Processing
Data is used for: Providing the analysis service, Managing your account, Processing payments, Service-related communications. We do not use your data for marketing.
4. Data Retention
Portfolio data is kept for 30 days, then automatically deleted. Account data is kept until account deletion.
5. User Rights
You have the right to: Access your data, Rectify inaccurate data, Request deletion, Object to processing, Request portability.
6. Security
We use SSL/TLS encryption for all communications, secure storage on European servers and limited data access. Some data processors are based in the United States: Stripe Inc. (payment processing) and Resend (transactional emails). Transfers to these providers are covered by the Standard Contractual Clauses approved by the European Commission and by their certification under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework, ensuring an equivalent level of protection. Application hosting (Vercel) and the database (Supabase) run on servers located in the European Union (Dublin, Ireland).
7. Cookies
We only use technical cookies necessary for site operation. We do not use profiling cookies.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy. Changes will be published on this page.
9. Sub-processors
To provide the service we rely on the following sub-processors: Supabase Inc. (database and authentication, EU servers); Vercel Inc. (hosting and CDN, EU servers); Stripe Inc. (payment processing, based in the USA); Resend (transactional email delivery, based in the USA). Each sub-processor handles data solely for the stated purposes and in compliance with the GDPR.
10. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to update this notice. Changes will be published on this page with the date of the last update. In the event of significant changes, we will notify registered users by email.
