By using Value for Money, you accept these Terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not accept, do not use the service.
2. Service Description
Value for Money is a portfolio analysis service that provides information and suggestions for replacing mutual funds with equivalent ETFs. The service is for informational purposes only.
3. Financial Disclaimer
IMPORTANT: The information provided does NOT constitute personalized financial advice. We are not authorized to provide investment recommendations. Before making any transaction, consult a licensed financial advisor.
4. Limitation of Liability
Value for Money is not responsible for: Financial losses resulting from use of information, Investment decisions based on our analyses, Errors in data, Service interruptions.
5. Data Accuracy
We strive to provide accurate data, but we do not guarantee completeness or timeliness of information.
6. Payments and Refunds
Payments are processed via Stripe. Prices are in Euros. Once a report is purchased, refunds are not provided.
7. User Account
You are responsible for the security of your account and password. Do not share your credentials.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, algorithms and design of Value for Money are protected by intellectual property rights.
9. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
10. Applicable Law
These terms are governed by Italian law. Jurisdiction: Milan.
11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Italian law. For disputes that cannot be resolved amicably, the competent court is that of Milan, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rules providing for a different jurisdiction.
